About Xforeverly
Xforeverly is a European Tech Bank providing digital payment and business banking services to professional account holders. Our products include the Xforeverly Terminal app (Tap on Any Device), Smart Checkout for online payments, and the Xforeverly banking app, available on both web and mobile.
These services enable businesses across Europe to accept payments, manage accounts, and carry out day-to-day operations.
Our mission
As part of our commitment to inclusivity, Xforeverly is dedicated to ensuring that all individuals, including people with disabilities, have equal access to our products and services, in line with the requirements of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 AA standard and the European harmonised standard EN 301 549 v3.2.1, as required under Article 13 §1 and Annex V of the Directive (EU) 2019/882 (“European Accessibility Act”) and the Law 4994/2022.
Accessibility Status
Accessibility is embedded in our product design and development roadmap. Our key user journeys are designed to be inclusive and accessible, and we are continuously enhancing features to align with the latest accessibility standards, including WCAG 2.1 AA and EN 301 549 v3.2.1.
We recognise that accessibility is an ongoing process. Certain service elements are being refined to further optimise usability for persons with disabilities, and targeted improvements are underway to ensure that all features remain fully aligned with evolving legal and technical requirements.

- Xforeverly Smart Checkout
Our current efforts include:
- Enhancing colour contrast and typography for readability
- Improving screen reader compatibility
- Ensuring keyboard navigability of all key user journeys
- Refining responsive layouts for different devices and assistive technologies
- Implementing accessible PIN entry user interfaces (UI) with clear guidance
Continuous Improvement
To ensure ongoing compliance and accessibility, we are committed to:
- Conducting regular accessibility audits
- Resolving identified issues within our development lifecycle
- Updating our design system with built-in accessibility
- Providing training to design, engineering, and product teams
- Continuously reviewing and improving products
Methodology:
This Accessibility Statement is based on a combined assessment approach using both automated testing tools and manual evaluations by accessibility specialists. The methodology follows Article 13 §2(a) and Annex V (point (c)) of Directive 2019/882, ensuring full coverage of relevant accessibility criteria.

Scope of this Policy
This policy applies to Xforeverly digital products and services under our control, including customer-facing features and interfaces.
Internal systems and tools are currently out of scope. However, in line with Article 13 §3 of Directive (EU) 2019/882, we will periodically review whether extending accessibility measures to internal tools is feasible without disproportionate burden.
We will continue to monitor developments and update this policy as needed to remain compliant with evolving accessibility regulations and standards.
