5. Refunds, Chargebacks, and Dispute Resolution

• Refunds and chargebacks are governed by the merchant’s policies and relevant payment network rules.
• XForeverly facilitates refunds and chargebacks where applicable but is not responsible for disputes arising from third-party merchants.
• Users must report any discrepancies or disputes promptly to XForeverly support to ensure timely resolution.
• XForeverly reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including account suspension, fund holds, or legal reporting.

6. Data Privacy and Security
